Fan page and letter reply time?
ES Creation’s fan page and team mailboxes are primarily handled by our managers. These managers are professional staff members who have undergone internal training and passed assessments, and therefore have fixed working hours. Therefore, during holidays and non-business hours, responses to some messages may be delayed. We hope new members will bear with us.
During off-hours and holidays, we have emergency customer service personnel available to handle domestic and international emergencies at +886 988 415 994. Generally, we hope to respond to new members’ messages within 24 hours. However, since we don’t have 24-hour customer service, we appreciate any delays in responding.
If you haven’t received a response from us within two days, it’s possible that the fan page message was mistakenly blocked and placed in another inbox, or that the email was blocked , resulting in us not seeing your message. If this happens, please call us directly or try sending your message again. We will respond as soon as possible.

How to choose a style?
ES Creation currently has professional photographers in six locations around the world offering wedding photography services. Before booking a reservation, please take the time to carefully review our style and portfolio, as these are examples of past work, resulting in personalized, customized images, crafted after extensive discussions between photographers and post-production teams. If you would like to learn more about our photographers, please contact us via email. Our dedicated management manager will forward information to interested photographers and conduct video conferences to answer any questions before signing a contract.
How to make an appointment with us and fill in the form?
Once you have confirmed your wish to book our photography service, please click on our schedule inquiry form. Through this form, we can get a preliminary understanding of your service requirements and create a file for subsequent service.
After you complete the schedule inquiry form, you will receive an email from our system, confirming your successful completion. Our team manager will review all inquiries during working hours every day and will contact the photographers and follow up with you as soon as possible.
If you do not receive a response from our team within three days of filling out the form, please contact us again by phone or social media to confirm.
How to pay the deposit?
Once a photoshoot is confirmed, we will confirm your appointment with a deposit and contract. We will send you a confirmation email via our company email address and provide you with the remittance account. Once this email is sent, we will ask you to reserve your appointment for three days.
If we do not receive your reply or deposit payment after three days, we will reopen the same day’s slot for other couples to make an appointment.
What are the things to pay attention to during the contract signing process?
Once the deposit has been remitted, we will send the online contract to your designated email address (3-5 days, excluding Saturdays). When you receive the contract, please confirm your Chinese and English names, wedding date and location, and check that the details of the services and products we need to deliver are correct. Once signed, we will also receive the signed contract.
How to choose a single/double photographer?
As weddings vary in size, ES Creation offers a dual-photographer service for wedding documentaries. This service allows for simultaneous shooting in two different locations, providing a wider range of perspectives, adding to the storytelling and enhancing the overall experience.
What matters were discussed before filming?
Before your wedding, your photographer will schedule a pre-shooting meeting with you via online conference. In our experience, many couples have numerous questions about their wedding day. We’ve found that personally explaining all the details of the shoot helps couples understand the details of the wedding more clearly , ensuring both parties achieve their desired results on the day.
When and in what format will finished products be delivered?
After the wedding photoshoot is complete, the couple must pay the final payment within five days. The preliminary color grading electronic file will be processed within twenty business days after receiving the final payment . The final edited electronic file will be completed ten days after the couple receives the preliminary electronic file and selects the file name and modification details for final editing and post-production. The photo album will be completed fourteen business days after the advanced edited file and layout are confirmed .
The finished product comes in two parts: the first is a downloadable electronic file , and the second is a physical package delivered to your designated address. The shipping price for the physical product varies depending on the destination, and this part is charged on a reimbursement basis.

What does our basic wedding record plan include?
Our wedding records, except for the different shooting times for each plan, all include:
- Photos taken on the wedding day (all delivered after basic filtering and color correction, blurry, shaky, blinking, or poorly expressed photos will be filtered out)
- After all photos are delivered, the photographer and the client will select the common photos they like and then add the photos that have been refined into styles (the number of photos varies depending on the plan)
- ES Creation custom packaging and a hardcover USB drive.
What is the difference between a single-photographer and a two-photographer solution?
In the single photographer plan, one photographer will meet the client at the designated location 15 to 30 minutes before the client’s designated time.
In the dual-photographer plan, two photographers will meet the client at the location specified by the client within 15 to 30 minutes. The two photographers can divide the shooting tasks into different parts, or they can shoot at two different locations at the same time.
While a single photographer can capture the complete story of a wedding, a dual photographer arrangement allows for multiple perspectives. Generally, wedding videography teams utilize two or three cameras to ensure a smooth storytelling and rich visuals.
Furthermore, because the expertise of a still photographer differs from that of a videographer, we will specifically explain the differences in their roles during the consultation to avoid misunderstandings. A dual photographer arrangement isn’t simply a one-photographer + one-videographer arrangement. Instead, both photographers will be responsible for capturing stills, or alternatively, multiple videographers can be involved.
ES Creation has been continuously training its team of photography assistants and photographers since its establishment. To date, we have professional photographers in four regions around the world and more than 20 team assistants.

If the wedding has to be postponed, can the deposit be refunded?
We all believe that plans can change, and we’ve experienced couples in the past having to reschedule or even cancel their weddings due to various circumstances. We understand that no one wants to have their plans altered, so our team’s policy regarding wedding date changes is as follows:
If the wedding is cancelled, we will refund the deposit in full under the following circumstances.
- The wedding was canceled due to the death of a relative.
- The newlyweds suffered a major accident, which prevented the wedding from taking place as scheduled.
- The wedding needs to be cancelled due to natural force majeure (such as earthquakes or typhoons).
If the date needs to be rescheduled due to other factors, the original scheduled date can be transferred to another couple (we can also assist with online recruitment). If recruitment is not successful, the deposit will not be refunded.
How long does it take to deliver wedding records?
Our turnaround time for weddings is 10-15 business days after the final payment is received on the wedding day . All color files will be produced and delivered to the couple. The time between selecting the retouched and styled photos for the album and completing the album depends on the couple’s collaborative editing time with us. Some couples may be busy with other post-wedding activities and unable to finalize all post-production within ten days, which may extend our turnaround time. The main reason for this extended turnaround time is that wedding shoots typically include over one or two thousand photos, each of which requires extensive processing (filters, cropping, color temperature, exposure, basic color grading), thus requiring significant time for each shoot.
Of course, we also understand that newlyweds want to see the photos as soon as possible, so our post-production team provides advance viewing services from the wedding day to one week later, which means that newlyweds can see the highlights of the day’s images selected by the photographer in the fastest time.
How many photos will there be at a wedding?
The number of photos is a common question for couples. The actual number will vary depending on the wedding day’s events, the excitement of the event, and the number of photographers involved. While the number of photos is a specific number, we don’t necessarily think more photos are better, or that more photos are more cost-effective. Essentially, when processing wedding images, a crucial step is called filtering . This involves removing less-than-ideal aspects of the shot (e.g., blurry shots, closed eyes, etc.). The filtering process also removes repetitive photos to prevent the couple from becoming overwhelmed by the sheer number of similar photos.
So, if you’re just looking for a lot of photos, we can use a looser filter , which will naturally result in a higher number of photos, as we actually take quite a lot of photos on every shoot.
Based on past experience,
a single banquet/ceremonial session (4 hours) typically takes between 500-700 photos . A
half-day session (7-8 hours ) takes between 800-1200 photos . A
full-day session (12 hours) takes between 1000-1500 photos .
However, we hope that the number of photos reflects the richness of the day’s activities. In other words, the more carefully the couple plans their wedding, making the day rich, touching, and interesting, the more photos they will naturally take. Of course, a better venue (with better lighting) will make shooting easier, and the number of photos will naturally increase proportionally. Therefore, the actual number of photos will still vary.
So, for a half-day ceremony and lunch shoot, some might end up with 700 or 800 photos, while others might end up with 1,300. Regardless of the number, we hope couples will trust our team, because each of our experienced photographers captures your wedding with passion and professionalism.
How is overtime charge for wedding photography and videography calculated?

What are the differences between the various self-service wedding dress plans?
Our American-style self-service wedding plans are mainly divided into 4-hour and 8-hour plans, that is, we provide a combination of plans with different shooting times according to the needs of the newlyweds.
The traditional 4-hour American self-service wedding is for the newlyweds to do their own makeup and prepare their own dresses, and then choose to spend the evening with their significant other at a location with the most emotional story to leave behind beautiful figures and memories.
Taiwan’s 8-hour independent wedding will allow our newlyweds to wear their dream wedding dresses and evening gowns for indoor and outdoor shooting.
Cooperating dress manufacturers
Currently, ES Creation has five partner dress manufacturers in Taiwan, three in the United States, two in Europe, three in Japan, and two in New Zealand and Australia. Each manufacturer specializes in its own dress style, providing our newlyweds with different choices.
We work in partnership with dress manufacturers, not as affiliated dress studios. Therefore, each dress studio’s pricing and rental terms vary, so higher-priced studios will have a surcharge on our packages. We understand that couples don’t appreciate excessive “surcharges,” but because we want to offer diverse options to couples, please understand that we can’t offer the same price to all manufacturers.
Of course, even with dress manufacturers who don’t charge a premium, you can still choose dresses with high-quality, stylish cuts. This is the biggest factor in our collaboration with each manufacturer. We never work with dress studios that can’t control quality.
About the additional dress
The ES Creation team will “never” take any unauthorized share of the dress rental process. Therefore, our photographers will not promote any dresses with a premium, leaving the couple with ultimate decision-making power. Therefore, if a couple is unable to find a dress they like in the ” no premium” section during their dress selection, please notify us immediately so we can understand the situation. Since each studio constantly updates its collection of dresses each year, it’s difficult for us to fully understand the status of the hundreds of dresses in each studio. Therefore, we greatly appreciate every couple’s feedback and experience with our partner manufacturers.
each of our partner dress studios has different pricing for their gowns, the prices offered to ES Creation by each studio vary. Therefore, if couples ultimately choose a studio with higher prices within our package, there will be a surcharge (we will provide complete and detailed information to couples). This surcharge will ultimately be paid to each studio.
The mode of transportation for filming, do I need to hire a driver for a filming vehicle?
Transportation on the day of our wedding photography can basically be divided into two ways. One is that the newlyweds choose to drive themselves, while the photographer and stylist will handle their own transportation on the day.
Another option is to hire a car driver for outdoor photo shoots in Taiwan. Our team also has cooperating car drivers who can provide a full day of outdoor photo shoot pick-up and drop-off service for newlyweds.
In addition, in other countries, due to the high labor costs, they do not hire additional drivers. Instead, local photographers drive the newlyweds, and the fare and expenses are subsidized to the photographers separately.
Which of our plans have additional charges?
ES Creation’s packages include the four most important aspects of wedding photography: 1. Photographer 2. Stylist 3. Dress 4. Photo Album. Each package comes with a detailed and clear breakdown. Generally, unless the couple has specific requirements, there are no additional charges.
According to our own statistics, the most common additional expenses for newlyweds are:
- Photoshoot Drivers: Many couples prefer a more relaxed experience on their photoshoot day, so approximately 50% of our couples opt for photoshoot driver services. ES Creation assists couples with booking the driver, and any fees incurred are paid by the driver.
- Additional Retouched Photos: Each of our plans includes enough retouched photos for the couple to include in their physical album. Of course, sometimes couples may find themselves with too many favorite photos to choose from and may opt for additional photos . Our photographers do not force sales on these additional photos . Couples can freely choose from their own personal computer at home without any interference or pressure .
- Venue Fees: We photographers generally prefer free locations for our shoots, but some locations, such as studios and specialty cafes, do have a venue fee. If the couple specifies a location for their shoot, the fee will be paid by the couple. All shoots are decided between the couple and the photographer, and the photographer will not specify a location that requires a fee.
- Overtime Charges: We understand that schedules are sometimes unpredictable for outdoor shoots. Therefore, if traffic or weather conditions cause the shoot to exceed our planned timeframe, our photographers generally do not charge overtime charges. However, if, during the itinerary negotiation process, the couple’s desired itinerary clearly exceeds the planned timeframe, we will charge an overtime charge. Our photographers will generally provide suggestions and arrange suitable routes for the couple when planning the shoot, and we do not wish to charge them additional fees.
- Partners who increase the price: Since we work with stylists and dress manufacturers who directly quote prices, stylists with higher service fees and dress manufacturers with higher prices will have corresponding surcharges in our wedding package plans.
What if the weather is bad and the wedding needs to be rescheduled?
Weather is one of the variables we have the most limited control over, especially in Taipei, where the weather forecast is often inaccurate . Therefore, if your wedding photography session needs to be rescheduled due to weather, we will accommodate any changes to the schedule as long as there is a gap in our schedule, and there will be no additional charge.
( Note: For the changed schedule, each change is limited to 3 months ) .
However, it’s important to note that our partner dress manufacturers have different policies regarding postponements. Some dress studios will charge an additional fee after a second rescheduling. Please remember to confirm this with the dress studio when you try on your dresses.

How should I prepare for overseas wedding photography?
Here are some common details of overseas wedding services:
- Shooting location selection:
Based on our studio’s 20 years of experience, newlyweds can first choose the destination country you plan to travel to and the city location you want to shoot. Because we have resident photography teams in the United States, South Korea, Bali , Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, the shooting time is very flexible. We will provide the shooting set and can provide newlyweds with relevant suggestions on tourist attractions and food with the concept of a local guide.
- Services:
Overseas wedding services typically include wedding photography, styling and makeup, dress rental, and travel arrangements. If you have a professional wedding consultant (an additional service), our team can assist you with arranging the wedding process, venue, accommodation, and other matters. - Pricing and Payment Methods:
Overseas wedding photography is expensive and typically includes the costs of the photography and videography teams. Costs may vary depending on factors such as peak and off-peak seasons, exchange rates, the number of days spent shooting, and the designated team.
There are 2 Options to costdown:
Option 1 : Bring your own wedding dress and suit, or try them on at your departure location through one of our partner bridal companies. Then, pick them up and meet our team in the country of your shoot.
Option 2: Rent a dress in advance from one of our partner bridal companies in the country of your shoot (typically, dress styles may be limited). Once you’ve decided on your rental method, we’ll provide a quote. After signing the contract, the couple will typically pay a deposit and the final payment before the shoot. International payments can be made in Taiwan Dollars, US Dollars, or Chinese Yuan, but please be aware of handling fees and exchange rates.
- Preparation:
Depending on the content of the plan, the newlyweds will need to book their own flights and accommodation in advance. You must arrive at the shooting location in advance and fully communicate with the photography team to confirm the shooting process and details. - Note:
Before signing, please carefully read the contract to confirm the services, fees, cancellation policy, etc. After signing, we will establish social groups such as Line, WhatsApp , and WeChat to maintain good communication with our global photography team, makeup artists, and wedding companies to resolve any issues promptly. During the shoot, please follow the guidance of our local team to comply with local safety precautions and laws and regulations.
Generally speaking, overseas wedding photography requires 6-8 months of advance preparation and planning. Newlyweds can compare plans and professionalism from multiple sources and choose the plan and team that best suits them to leave behind beautiful memories.
What if the country I want to shoot in is not included in our recruitment itinerary?
ES Creation is a professional photography team with a long history of overseas wedding photography. We are one of the few Taiwanese photography teams that can serve couples in eight regions around the world. If you have a country you’d like to visit that’s not one of our resident photographers, we will contact you and recruit the nearest available team. Feel free to contact us and let us professionally arrange a customized itinerary that’s both comfortable and memorable.
Stylist for overseas photo shoots ?
Currently, ES Creation’s overseas wedding photography schedules are primarily managed by our resident photographers and stylists, and pricing varies by country and region. If you have a designated photographer and stylist photographing your destination, you will be responsible for additional expenses such as group accommodation and airfare.
In some special cases, the newlyweds can take their own stylist to an overseas location for the photoshoot at their own expense. In this case, we will provide you with a photoshoot only service plan.
How to take a wedding dress abroad?
The first option is for the couple to try on their wedding gowns beforehand at their departure location. You can pick them up at the gown studio three days before departure and bring them to the shoot location. If modifications are necessary, schedule a fitting and try-on appointment at least one month before departure. Our local gown vendors offer a 10-15 day rental period. If your trip is longer than ten days, we recommend the second option : try on and rent a wedding gown directly at the destination. If renting in your home country and then bringing the gown to the shoot location, we recommend choosing a lightweight, compact gown due to the space and weight of the gown.
The second way is to rent a dress from a studio we work with after arriving in the country. You can try on the dress one to three days before the photoshoot and pick it up on the day of the shoot. You can then meet with the photographer and makeup artist at the hotel. Due to foreign labor, alterations may not be provided immediately, and foreign styles may not be as novel as those in Asia. These are all things to keep in mind.
What is the role of the additional date?
Since most of our overseas wedding plans are shot by local photography teams, they carefully check the local weather three days before the shoot and reserve a day for the following day as a backup date. If the planned shoot cannot be completed on the day, we will complete the shoot on the backup date . The most common use of a backup date is when the weather is bad, a natural disaster is beyond our control, or a local emergency occurs, the most common being rain.

How to choose indoor or outdoor shooting location?
Based on our years of experience, we recommend that children under three years old and their families choose to have their photos taken in our indoor studios, as their immune systems are not yet fully developed and there are many factors that can change. For children over three years old, growth portraits and family photos can be taken outdoors in locations such as old streets and parks. We also recommend choosing weekdays rather than weekends.
Is there a monthly fee for birth and child growth photos?
Through our years of experience, we know that babies’ appearance, expressions, and growth change significantly from birth to 12 months, and they have iconic memories. Therefore, our service provides professional and experienced photographers who come to your home every month to guide new parents on how to take photos of their children’s growth records, from crawling, standing to running and jumping, and help them record the most important growth process with their families .

Are cat and dog portraits shot indoors or outdoors? Are there any differences in the shooting time?
We will provide shooting suggestions based on different types of pets and personalities. The shooting time can be indoors or outdoors. In principle, the shooting time is 90 minutes and the pet props and clothes prepared in advance by the owner will be used.
